Our story

INYA SOLUTIONS is a family business with heritage that dates back to the 1970s, when it delivered its first projects in Libya. It was founded on a simple belief: complex projects succeed when people, capability and purpose move in alignment.

Across major infrastructure programmes in the UK and the Middle East, we repeatedly observed the same challenge: projects were engineered with precision, yet the talent infrastructure behind them was fragmented, reactive or misaligned with delivery needs. We created INYA SOLUTIONS to change this.
